I had the privilege to meet him when he visited Chennai last year and to noone’s surprise, I was a weird mess of having so many things to say and no words to say them in. I stumbled upon The Heart’s Invisible Furies in an airport a couple of years ago and that managed to cement my ever-lasting love affair with Boyne’s prose. Full disclosure before I begin this review, I absolutely love John Boyne. ![]()
